Profile in the app
Why you need this
The Профиль tab gathers everything about you and your company in one place: which organisation you are working under, with which role, what plan you have and how to reach support.
What you need
- Nothing extra: the tab is available right after signing in.
Step by step
Tap Профиль in the bottom navigation.
At the top is the company card: the organisation name and your role, e.g. Бухгалтер (accountant). Tapping it opens the company list when you have several.
The Профиль block:
- Изменить пароль — change the password inside the app;
- Выйти — sign out.
The Оформление block holds the Тема switch: light, dark or follow the phone.
The coloured plan card (for example PLUS with a «до 19 июня 2027» date) opens the subscription.
The Поддержка block — Чат с поддержкой (support chat).
The organisation switcher is also at the very top of the screen, next to the logo.
How to check it worked
After switching companies, every tab — deals, EDO, documents — shows data for the selected organisation. The current company name is always visible at the top.
Common problems
