Sign-up and sign-in

Why you need this

Your Payda account is tied to your mobile number, and your company to its BIN (company tax ID) or IIN (personal tax ID). Registration takes a couple of minutes, but the first choice decides who keeps the books: you or an invited accountant.

What you need

• A mobile number — the confirmation code is sent there.
• One of two things: your company's ЭЦП (EDS, electronic digital signature) or an invitation from an accountant.
• To sign in with an EDS key on a computer — NCALayer installed.

Step by step

Signing in with an existing account

Signing in takes two steps: the phone number first, the password second.

1. Open pro.payda.kz — the sign-in page appears.

   

2. Enter your Номер телефона (phone number) and press Продолжить (Continue).

3. On the next step enter your Пароль (password) and press Войти (Sign in).

   • Forgot it? Забыли пароль? — see the password reset section below.
   • Prefer not to type it? Войти без пароля sends a code by SMS instead.
   • Wrong number? Изменить номер входа takes you back.

4. If you have several companies, pick one from the list.

Instead of a password you can sign in with a digital signature or a state service: Ключ ЭЦП (an EDS key, requires Войти через NCALayer), eGov Business for companies and sole traders, or eGov Mobile for sole traders. The last two ask you to scan a QR code with the matching app.

Registering

1. On the sign-in page go to registration and enter your phone number.
2. Enter the code from the SMS. If it does not arrive, press Отправить код повторно (Resend the code).
3. Answer Кто будет вести учет? (Who will keep the books?):
   • Я сам — you do it yourself;
   • У меня есть бухгалтер — an invited accountant gets access;
   • Я бухгалтер — you connect client companies to your own workspace.
4. Choose how to identify the company:
   • У меня есть ЭЦП ключ компании — upload the ЭЦП-файл (EDS key file). NCALayer is required on a computer;
   • Запрос на присоединение — if somebody has already registered the company.
5. Check the company data: Payda pulls it from state registries by BIN/IIN. Verify the name, address and Налоговый режим (tax regime), then confirm.
6. Choose a password. It needs at least 8 characters, an upper-case and a lower-case letter, a digit and a special character — the hint under the field ticks off what is satisfied.
7. Optionally invite an accountant, or skip — you can invite one later.

Resetting a password

1. On the sign-in page choose password recovery and enter your phone number.
2. Enter the code from the SMS.
3. Set a new password and repeat it in Повторите пароль (Repeat the password).

How to check it worked

After signing in you land on Главная (Home) with the sections visible in the left menu. If the menu only has Главная and Мои компании, registration succeeded but no organisation is linked to your account yet.

Common problems
