Why you need this
The catalogue holds everything you sell and buy. Items are pulled into invoices, sales, receipts and ESF together with their price, unit and VAT rate. A filled-in catalogue saves time on every document and keeps prices consistent.
What you need
- A list of what you sell, with prices and units.
- Whether each item is subject to VAT.
Step by step
Open Товары и услуги in the left menu — a side panel with the list appears.
Press Создать (Create).
Choose the item type — it decides how the item behaves in the warehouse:
- Товар — a good that is stocked and written off when sold;
- Услуга — a service, no stock tracking;
- Материал — a material consumed in work.
Fill in Наименование (name), the unit and the price.
Set the VAT rate. For items without VAT choose Без НДС.
Save the item.
Finding an item
Start typing a name into Поиск номенклатуры — the field hint reads Введите для поиска.
Groups
To keep the catalogue from becoming one long list, group items: press Создать группу номенклатуры and give the group a name. Grouping by product type or by supplier works well.
The catalogue on a phone
In the mobile app the catalogue opens from the Товары tile on the home screen — handy for checking a price before talking to a customer.
How to check it worked
Create an invoice and press Добавить из справочника (Add from the catalogue) — the new item should be in the list, and its price and VAT rate should fill the row automatically.
Common problems
