Documents on a phone
Why you need this
A phone is handy for issuing an invoice next to the customer and showing them the document right away. The set of types is shorter than on a computer: Реализация (sale), Счёт на оплату (invoice), Поступление (goods receipt) and Доверенность (power of attorney) — what you usually need outside the office.
What you need
- A selected company — with several organisations the app asks which one to use.
- A filled-in catalogue: line items come from there.
Step by step
The document list
- On the home screen tap the Продажи or Покупки tile.
- The list for that kind opens. Each row shows the number, date, counterparty, amount, status and the number of line items — for example «Позиций: 2». A power of attorney shows the authorised person instead.
- Statuses: Создан (created), Проводится (posting), Проведён (posted), Без статуса (no status).
An empty list reads «Документов пока нет». When a search finds nothing you get «Ничего не найдено» and the hint «Попробуйте изменить параметры поиска или сбросить фильтры».
Creating a document
- In the list press the create button — it is labelled by type, e.g. Создать счёт на оплату.
- Fill in the main fields: Номер документа, Дата документа, Контрагент, Договор, Мой счёт, КНП, Валюта. The set depends on the document type. A power of attorney adds Доверенное лицо, Номер доверенности, Дата доверенности and Действительна до.
- Tap Добавить позиции — the Каталог opens. Tick what you need and press Добавить в документ.
- For each line set Количество (quantity) and Цена за единицу (unit price). Below, Сумма без НДС and Сумма НДС are calculated.
- Save the document.
The document card
An open document is split into tabs:

In the counterparty block the Показать реквизиты link reveals ИИН/БИН, КБЕ, ОКПО, Код налогового органа and Свидетельство НДС. A finished document can be opened as a Печатный документ (printable form).
How to check it worked
A document created on the phone shows up in the web version in the same section — it is one database.
Common problems
