Plans and payment
Why you need this
Your plan decides how many documents and companies you get, and whether you keep the books yourself or a Payda accountant does it for you. When the trial ends, work is not blocked instantly — but some capabilities close.
What you need
- The Руководитель (Director) role — the owner buys the plan.
- Your tax regime: plans differ for SNR and OUR.
Step by step
Open pro.payda.kz/tarifs, or press Купить тариф in the trial banner. The Выберите тариф и продолжайте работу page opens.
Nothing is lost: the line under the heading reminds you that your data is saved and activation takes about a minute.
Pick the billing period with the switch at the top: 3 месяца, 6 месяцев or 12 месяцев. Longer periods carry a discount badge — for example до 15% and до 30%. The price on the card updates immediately.
On the plan card check:
- the monthly price and the period it applies to;
- Итого к оплате за одну организацию — what you pay now;
- the Что включено block — what the plan covers.
Press Перейти к оплате.
The set of plans and their prices come from the server and depend on your company, so you may see one card or several. The Payda Pro plan includes Все налоговые режимы: СНР, ОУР и НДС (all tax regimes), Безлимит на документы, ЭСФ и ЭАВР (unlimited documents and e-invoices), Все модули: Банк и касса, Налоговые отчёты, Продажа и Покупка (all modules) and Неограниченное количество пользователей (unlimited users).
Activation code
If somebody has already paid for your plan — a partner, or a migration from another product — press У меня уже есть код at the bottom of the plans page, or активируйте код in the trial banner. The Активировать код dialog opens.
- Type the code into the Код field — its hint reads «Введите код для активации».
- In Компания pick the organisation the plan applies to. Its current plan is shown next to the name, for example «Пробный» (trial).
- Press Активировать. Отменить closes the dialog without changes.
The line «У вас есть неиспользованные коды для активации» means you already have paid codes that have not been applied.
Questions before paying
The Есть вопросы перед оплатой? block at the bottom has WhatsApp and Позвонить buttons — get an answer for your case before you pay.
On a phone
In the mobile app plans open from the Профиль tab.
How to check it worked
After payment the trial banner disappears and the organisation shows an active plan on the My companies page.
Common problems
