What you can do on a phone

Why you need this

The mobile app covers what comes up away from the office: issuing an invoice next to the customer, showing a payment link, signing a document. Full bookkeeping — warehouse, payroll, reports — stays on the computer.

What you need

• A Payda account with a connected company — see Sign-up and sign-in.
• An EDS key to sign documents.

Step by step

Home screen

Four tabs at the bottom: Главная, Каталог, Сообщения, Профиль. Deals and e-Docs open from Каталог (the “Сервисы” block); Сообщения is still in development.

Quick tiles on the home screen:

Besides the tiles, the home screen shows:

• Общий баланс (total balance) for the current month and a Посмотреть дашборды link to business activity;
• Проверьте контрагента — tax status, debts and risks by IIN/BIN;
• Последние сделки — recent activity per customer.

Catalog

The Каталог (catalog) tab gathers the app's sections in one place, and the Поиск по разделам и услугам (search) field filters them by name:

• Разделы (sections) — Продажа, Покупка, Склад (goods and services) and Финансы — the same as the tiles on the home screen;
• Сервисы (tools) — ЭДО and Сделка;
• Услуги (services) — Бухгалтер под ключ, Разовые услуги and Главный бухгалтер with prices: the request goes to accountants on the Payda marketplace; Мои заявки shows the status of requests already sent.

Sections and tools appear when a company is selected; services are always shown.

Documents

Open Продажи or Покупки and create a document: an invoice, a sale, a goods receipt or a power of attorney. The form is shorter than on the computer but the data is the same — the document shows up in the web version immediately. See Documents on a phone.

EDO

ЭДО opens from Каталог (the “Сервисы” block) and holds documents awaiting signature. EDO (ЭДО) is electronic document exchange.

• Tabs at the top: Все (all), К выполнению (to do) and Готово (done) — each shows how many documents it holds.
• The filter button next to the search opens the direction chips — Исходящие (outgoing) and Входящие (incoming). Tapping an active chip again clears the filter.
• Search by Поиск по БИН/ИИН.
• Tick several documents and sign them at once. Documents that need your signature are marked Требуется ваша подпись.

Finance

The section shows bank and cash payments. Tap a payment to see the counterparty, amount and purpose.

Profile

The company and your role, password change, theme and support — see Profile in the app. The subscription opens from there too.

Market

The Маркет tab holds partner offers: services for your business.

How to check it worked

A document created on the phone appears in the same section of the web version — it is one database, not two separate apps.
